Wellbeing has been a growing interest for the modern workplace over the last decade.
With rising insurance costs organizations should have a vested interest in the health and wellbeing of their employees yet over 60% of the American workforce is experiencing high levels of stress and burnout. Today’s workforce is more diverse than ever before with 5 generations working alongside one another and more diversity in gender and ethnicity, this means diverse needs to support wellbeing. Employers must find unique ways to recruit top talent, nourish and nurture existing talent, support creativity and boost productivity.
Wellbeing has evolved beyond the administration of “wellness programs” i.e. fitness classes, healthy eating, and gym discounts. The new age of wellbeing reaches beyond the physical and aims to serve the mental and emotional.
Ritu and her team work with clients to move beyond PROGRAMS to build a CULTURE of WELLBEING.
How? Our work consists of but is not limited to:
- Keynote Speeches
- Workshops (half or full day)
- Stress Detox Training
- Building a Mindful Workplace
- Wellbeing Culture Training
- Health Tech, Gamification, Incentive Design
- Wellbeing Strategy Consulting
When we build a culture of wellbeing in the workplace, we no longer have to incentivize employees to engage. Wellbeing becomes a part of the daily workplace habit, similar to getting coffee, checking email, and going to meetings.
A culture of wellbeing creates connection, compassion, and creativity; the foundation for success and productivity.

The 5 Pillars of Wellbeing
We have some of the most brilliant minds available to organizations, at the same we are facing higher rates of burnout, overwhelm, and attrition than ever before. Simply offering benefits and perks like free food, meditation rooms, fitness classes, and ping pong tables is not enough.
According to Gallup research the interaction among the 5 multiple dimensions of wellbeing determines overall health and happiness of employees. Each element feeds off the others and are interdependent. To fully thrive in life, we need to meet all five areas, unfortunately this accounts for only 7% of individuals, while 66% thrive in at least one pillar.
It’s a good idea to devise a workplace wellness strategy that promotes multiple areas of wellbeing in combination. However, researchers found that people thriving in their purpose (career) are 50% more likely to thrive overall. Employees who thrive in their purpose feel valued, are motivated to reach their goals, and feel connected to an organizational mission.
It’s clear then that wellbeing is beyond health and fitness and rather crosses over into culture work that supports diversity, inclusion, mentorship, and psychological safety. People want to be seen, acknowledged, and valued for who they are. At the same time they need to feel safe to show up as who they are.
Organizations are facing a culture problem, one that requires strategy to solve for. A culture where important initiatives like diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing are weaved into business objectives and organizational structure.
HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER
Strategic Consulting
Training and Development
Workplace culture without strategy is a recipe for chaos, it may work for a little bit in the beginning but as your organization grows, culture shifts, and you need to influence that shift with sound strategy.
Most organizations have the pieces spread across Leadership Development, Human Resources, Benefits, and Diversity and Inclusion. Whether there’s a handful of people managing these functions or full stack teams the key is to design a cross-functional strategy that effectively leverages these resources.
Through focus groups, engagement surveys, and interviews we will listen deeply to your employees and identify current pain points. Coupled with your organizations strategic vision and values we will develop a strategy to build a culture that is aligned with who you are growing into. We will work collaboratively with senior leadership, human resources, leadership and development, and other key stakeholders to ensure engagement and adoption.
Leadership is no longer assigned to “managers” alone, and is beyond people management. Every employee is a leader in their own right, and have the ability to influence change when equipped with right training.
Leaders play a crucial role in sustaining organizationally change, they are key influencers in bringing spreading your organization’s vision and values throughout the organization.
Our leadership training and coaching program is designed to transform leaders into agents of change where they are connected to their “big why”, connect deeply on a human to human level, and most importantly become empowered to communicate effectively.
Our trainings tackle the most important people skills of today’s time: empathy, mindfulness, psychological safety, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and burnout.
