Meditation is a great way to manage stress, but it may not always be easy to practice on your own. To support you during these challenging times I will be offering a weekly group meditation via zoom.
Meditation is open to all levels. All you have to do is show up.
All sessions will be held on Monday or Wednesday at 3pm. Sessions are donation based, suggested donation is $10. (No one will be turned away for lack of funds).
