Paleo Faux Pas

After a few days of reaping the benefits of a Paleo lifestyle I decided to splurge on a birthday lunch, thinking how bad can it be? I will eat in moderation. Day 4 breakfast was on point, lunch rolls around and as requested the family prepared me an Indian favorite: Chole Bhature (garbanzo bean and slightly fried bread) with Kheer (rice pudding) for dessert. Many of us associate inflammation with what happens in the picture above. A bug bites you on the arm, and that area gets inflamed. Paleo Day 2

Congrats guys you have made it through day 2. The first week or so is the toughest since it requires lots of readjustment and preparation. Keep it up. Make sure you are still eating throughout the day and properly nourishing yourself, meaning eating enough food to feel comfortably full.
