I’m excited to go back to my alma mater and join the 9th annual Women’s conference at USC which supports the growth and leadership of women.
Spring Forward Urban Retreat

Spring is here and there’s no better way to step into a new season than with an urban retreat. A 4 hour workshop inclusive of yoga, meditation, goal setting, and yummy spring energy inducing eats. We are hoping to bring this urban retreat to you in Los Angeles. Stay tuned for logistics.
